Terms of Service

Information Processing:
Please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days from the date of your order before your package is dispatched. All processing and handling are carried out at our wholesale facility. Special Order and Back Order products may require additional processing time. Once an order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made as it is no longer within our warehouse.

Our policy does not accept returns for items returned due to a change of mind. We only accept returns for defective or non-functional items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. If approved, the refund/replacement will be processed within 15 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email us at pennjoseph46@gmail.com.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
